The Rental Collection includes large statement walls, large format signage, and other unique pieces that are fully customizable to match your vision. Select your base piece or statement wall configuration from The Rental Collection, and personalize accessories and embellishments of your choosing during the interactive Design Phase.

How It Works:
Day-of details are extremely personal and unique to each couple, which is why each rental piece is reserved as a blank slate, and we personalize from there to meet your unique vision. Confirm your rental selections below to reserve your event date, and during the design phase we will explore all of the options for add-ons and additional personalization!

We provide a customized proposal perfectly tailored to your individual needs, as every wedding is unique. By completing the inquiry form at the bottom of this page, we will have all of the details needed to begin customizing your rental pieces!

Within a few days, you will receive a personalized proposal including detailed pricing for your chosen packages and add-ons. Once your proposal is approved, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking and begin the Design Phase.

The Design Phase begins with a design & details questionnaire to learn more about how you'd like to customize your rentals, followed by a preliminary design draft. Up to 3 rounds of digital revisions are included to refine your design.

When your final designs have been approved, we will begin the production process right away. The complete production & assembly process takes approximately 4-6 weeks depending on the items included with your package.

Average investment for a custom Statement Wall installation is between $2,500 CAD - $7,500 CAD and beyond, depending on wall size, customizations, design complexity, and installation logistics.

Average investment for Freestanding Signage (welcome sign, seating chart, etc. with metal sign stand or box base) is between $700 CAD - $1,000 CAD per sign. For à la carte signage options with no stand or base rental, as well as small format signs (bar sign, guestbook sign, etc.) explore Day-Of Stationery selections.
